YOUR DETAILS, RESPECTED

Privacy policy

Your Homes Real Estate respects your privacy. This page explains how we handle your details in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

We collect your name, mobile number, email, suburb or city, profession, income band, reason for considering Dubai, budget, preferred home types and buying timeline. A video call request also includes your preferred time of day. We record your consent and when you gave it, meeting details, and campaign information such as UTM tags and Meta click identifiers.

Why we collect it

We use these details to prepare for, arrange and follow up on your meeting, understand the options that fit your budget, and contact you about Dubai property where you have agreed. Your answers are saved as you complete each step, including if you do not finish. Partial answers help preserve your enquiry, but are not consent to marketing.

Who sees it

Your Homes Real Estate and its marketing agent see the information needed to handle your enquiry. Lovable Cloud stores the enquiry and Cal.com handles meeting availability and bookings. These providers may process information outside South Africa. We do not sell your personal details.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as needed to arrange your meeting and follow up on your enquiry, or to meet a legal requirement. You may ask us to stop contacting you or delete information that we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

You may ask to see or correct your information, withdraw your consent, object to marketing, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Campaign information

Campaign tags are saved for your current browsing session so we can understand where an enquiry came from. If configured, the Meta Pixel records page visits, completed enquiries and bookings. We do not send your form contact details, income or property price to the Pixel.
